Established in 2012 as INCH Modern Technology, the company rebranded to Cladding Investment Limited in 2019 following its expansion into science laboratory construction and installations for schools and colleges. Key projects include laboratory construction at Don Bosco Secondary School (2012) and Chibombo Day Secondary School (2014), system installations at Mufulira College of Education (2016), rehabilitation works at Kafue Boys Secondary School (2018) and Fairmount Hotel (2019), boiler upgrades at Kankoyo Breweries (2021), and laboratory construction and full system installations at Kansanshi Secondary School (2023) and Nsobe Secondary School (2025).
